Listen \\ Silent

I can't remember where I heard this today but, it kind of blew my mind and I knew I needed to make a visual picture.

In order to be a good listener, I've got to be silent and really hear what someone is saying.  Listening to the heart and not just the words being spoken.

Both words to have the exact same letters... told ya, mind blowing!
